Bilston will host a Britpop tribute night in September, featuring Britpop Reunion, described as the UK's leading professional Britpop tribute band. The event will take place in the town's new Market Square area.

Britpop Reunion will perform from 7.30pm, with a setlist spanning hits from 1990s bands including Oasis, Blur, Supergrass and Pulp. Indie DJ Dan Mawson from VDUB Radio will perform from 6.30pm, playing Britpop and indie music.

Event Details

The event is for ages 14 and above. Those aged 14 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over; 16-year-olds are allowed unaccompanied.

Gates open at 6.15pm. The event starts at 6.30pm and ends at 9.30pm. Last entry is 8.00pm, and re-entry is not permitted once you leave.

It is a standing gig held outdoors, so attendees are advised to dress for the weather.

Tickets cost £8.50 in advance or £10 on the day (prices include booking fee). They are available at Bilston Live.

The Market Square is part of a multi-million pound refurbishment of Bilston Market delivered by City of Wolverhampton Council. The event is funded through the Pride in Place programme, which supports community events and celebrations in the town.
