Gatis Community Space in Wolverhampton has been shortlisted for a 2026 Fantastic for Families Award for its #LoveTheReans Festive Lightwalk and Panto.
The awards are organised by Family Arts Campaign and recognise organisations, artists and cultural venues providing creative experiences for families and older people.
In its announcement, Gatis said the shortlist recognises both artistic work and efforts to make arts and culture accessible and welcoming to different audiences.
Family Arts Campaign is supported by Arts Council England and works to widen access to creative and cultural activities for children and families.
Its executive director Anna Dever said: “The commitment to creating accessible, imaginative and joyful experiences is clear in the work of every shortlisted organisation.”
Winners will be announced at an online awards ceremony on Tuesday 15 December from 6.30pm. The organisers have made free tickets available through Family Arts Campaign’s event page.
