Wolverhampton Wanderers will travel to the Club Doncaster Sports Village on Wednesday 29 July for a pre-season friendly against Doncaster Rovers, with kick-off at 7.30pm.
The Championship side are stepping up their preparations ahead of the new season, having returned to the second tier for the first time since 2017/18, with ambitions of securing promotion back to the Premier League.
First Meeting in 15 Years
The fixture marks the first meeting between the two clubs in over 15 years. Their last competitive encounter came in the Emirates FA Cup in January 2011.
Wanderers' squad includes former Rovers goalkeeper Sam Johnstone, who spent two loan spells at Doncaster between 2014 and 2015.
